Customers can claim refunds from us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Before requesting for refund the following conditions must be met:

You must have contacted our customer support team for assistance and allow our technical experts to try to solve your issue at least twice. This will give you enough time to understand the benefits of the services and start seeing results as well as also provide the technician opportunity to understand your issue and give it an honest try.

Date of purchase, Receipt number
Package Purchased
Contact Details: Telephone number and Email address
Reason for  the refund claim in detail
We will verify the  claim and contact you to discuss the same in order to have your valuable feedback on the same . Any claim will be processed within one week.
In case of Single Session Package / Instant Support Plans  customers can claim refunds from us within 7 days from the date of the purchase. The claim can be made only if we have not been able to solve any of your query or technical issue. If there are one or more resolved issues, then the services become non refundable
Sadly we cannot offer any refunds on Single Session /Instant support packages after 7 days of purchase.
