We insist on taking all the risk when you purchase our services. So we have developed a fair 30 day guarantee. Simply put, if you are not satisfied, we give you refund. What is the 30 Day refund Guarantee?

If you not satisfied with our service we offer a part/full refund based on the service provided.Please contact us with a refund request within 30 days of delivery. We will verify the claim and contact you to discuss the same in order to have your valuable feedback on the same. Any claim will be processed within one week. In case of Single Session Package / Instant Support Plans customers can claim refunds from us within 15 days from the date of the purchase. The claim can be made only if we have not been able to solve any of your query or technical issue. If there are one or more resolved issues, then the services become non refundable sadly we cannot offer any refunds on Single Session /Instant support packages after 15 days of purchase.
